Target fish include We target a good number of different fish species in the Destin area. The majority of the species we target can be caught frequently through many of the spring and summer months. The best time to fish for our offshore game fish like, Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi-Mahi and more begins in May and runs through the end of October. In the middle of the summer we get to target Red Snapper generally starting in June and running through July, while the fishing in Destin for Red Snapper is Always really good we are only allowed to keep them during the limited season set forth by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
